Tuesdays 1pm-3pm and Thursdays 2pm-4pm. For people aged 60+. Costs £5 per session, includes Tea, coffee and a biscuit. Some activities that we offer are: seated exercise, boccia, bingo, quizzes, trips out and raffles.
