Assistive communication community service
This service has been commissioned by NHS England to provide a specialised augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) service in north and south east London.
What do we offer?
We provide augmentative and alternative communication, ongoing support and equipment maintenance to those who meet our eligibility criteria. We also provide support and training to local community teams.
Who can access the service?
This service is for children, young people and adults with complex physical and / or communication disabilities.
How to access the service
You need to be referred by a health, education or social care professional working in one of 11 local authorities mentioned here.
