Clockhouse Primary School - ARP
The Clockhouse ARP is a specialist resource, established in a mainstream setting, designed to meet the needs of up to 10 pupils with ASD who are in Year 3, 4 or 5.
It is specifically for children with ASD whose needs can only be served through a flexible approach, tailored and adapted to the needs of each individual pupil in a small setting.

Admission criteria
- to be in Years, 3, 4 or 5
- Have an EHCP
- Have a diagnosis or working diagnosis of ASD
- Verbal
- All other avenues of support and intervention have been explored by the transition school
- All outside agencies working with the children and the family recommend a change of placement
A request for a placement needs to be part of an EHCP review and will involve the Local Authority at all points. Parents cannot request a place at Clockhouse ARP directly, they will need to contact their child’s school, and their Local Authority SEN case officer.
