Opening times and processes
We are open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Our sexual health services are now by appointment only. This will usually be an initial telephone consultation with one of our clinicians. We will only be able to offer face-to-face consultations to individuals with the most urgent sexual/reproductive health needs. Please inform us if you have a learning difficulty or speak little English.
You can attend without an appointment* if you are under 18, require HIV PEPSE, emergency contraception, or have been sexually assaulted.
