Make A Difference At Sandies

Make a difference at Sandies is a registered charity counselling service based in East London. It was first established in 2003 by Sandra Hamil, a fully qualified counsellor with over 10 years' experience. Counselling is a form of guidance that provides receivers with insight, direction and support about events and decisions. It offers a confidential space to explore and express aspects of self which may be uncomfortable, painful, overwhelming or embarrassing. Counselling and Psychotherapy is available to a range of people and enables them to deal with a variety of issues.
