Upminster Rugby Football Club

Upminster RFC runs 5 Adult sides; 1st, 2nd and 3rd XV, Vets and a Social side, the Spitfires.
We also run sides in the Youth and Mini/Midi sections.
Youths teams are in the age groups Under 13's to Colts(Under 19's).
Mini/Midi teams are in the age groups Under 6 to Under 12s These are open to both boys and girls.
New players are welcome at all age groups, contact details can be found in the appropriate section
