Starlets is a stimulating and interactive class thats just as much FUN for the grown ups as the little ones!
It is run by professional dance and drama teachers who love their jobs and love working with children.
Starlets is great for some gentle adult exercise(!) whilst the little ones develop a huge range of skills whilst the little ones develop a huge range of skills such as co-ordination and balance, timing, rhythm, spatial awareness, creativity, speech and memory, all whilst dancing and singing to music.
The class promotes quality time together, bonding in a shared physical activity and creating a life long love of dance.
It is also perfect for mums with more than one little one…as the class is designed to be suitable and developmental for the full age range of 1-4 years.
Each class is fun, fast, friendly, exciting and full of other lovely mums - our one rule is you can only come in the door if you have a smile on your face!

Starlets is excellent for co-ordination development and therefore is sometimes recommended by consultants as a fun way to enhance physio.
In addition, Starlets provides support for auditory, speech (through singing) and socialisation development, whether this is a slightly delayed development or a special need.
It isnt necessary to be referred, but you are very welcome to call us and have a chat to discuss anything that may be concerning you; or to advise us of anything we would need to be aware of to ensure a happy visit for all.
