Havering Council has teamed up with ‘Extra Time for Sports and Wellbeing’ who are a community based group, to provide children and young people with the opportunity to stay active during Lockdown.
MJ, along with guests, will introduce a new themed activity each week, to encourage children and young people to get moving and think about their positive mental wellbeing.
These fun-based activities require only a small amount of space with no equipment needed. We recommend parental guidance to keep children and young people safe, whilst having fun with our videos. Parents are also welcome to join in and have some fun. Look out for videos which will go live every Monday during lockdown.
These sessions are designed for Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils to help their physical and emotional health during home learning.
