Examples of training provided to schools are:
- Understanding ADHD and effective strategies to use in school
- Effective deployment of Teaching Assistants (for both Teaching Staff and Teaching Assistants)
- Differentiation / Curriculum Access for students with SEND
- Quality First Teaching (QfT)
- New SENCo / Individual Staff Coaching
The Advisory Teacher tailors all training to the specific needs of schools/ young people.
Requests for staff training should be made by the SENCo.
